I’m writing this as a warning to anyone considering buying from Glasses USA. My experience was an absolute nightmare, and I feel obligated to share it so others can avoid the same frustration. My conclusion is simple: Shop elsewhere. Terrible company to purchase from if you have any issues with your glasses. They will gladly take your money but when it time for them to fix the issue it seems impossible. The whole business feels automated to prevent you from getting real help. My frustration boiled over, and I finally got through to their customer service, which was the final straw that led me to write this.
Customer: My new glasses are defective, and your automated return system is useless. I've been trying for days to get this resolved. I need to speak to someone who can actually help.
CS Rep: I understand your frustration. If you provide me with your order number, I can review our policies with you regarding damaged items.
Customer: I don't need you to review a policy, I need you to FIX the problem! You sent me a faulty product. This feels like a scam. I want to file a formal complaint with a manager.
CS Rep: Sir, I am the only one available to assist you. Our process is the only method for handling this issue. There is no one else for you to talk to.
Customer: So you're telling me you can't do anything and I can't speak to anyone else? This is exactly the problem. You just take the money and don't care. Unbelievable.
