I placed an order back on February 24th, and GlassesUSA has still not sent my refund for an order I never received. $246.00 they have of my hard-earned money. The tracking number keeps saying it's stuck in Atlanta, Georgia, and I can't get a straight answer for a refund. All their responses are from a BOT telling me it's "in transit." I want my money back, GlassesUSA! My order number is #105081183. I’ve tried everything – calling, emailing – but it feels like talking to a brick wall. This complete lack of customer service is why I felt compelled to reach out to them and now to share my experience publicly.

Customer: I'm calling about order #105081183. It was placed on February 24th, and I still haven't received it. The tracking hasn't updated in weeks, and I want my $246 back. CS Rep: I understand your frustration, sir/ma'am. I see your order status shows it's been delayed in transit. I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. Let me check the latest details on your refund request. Customer: Inconvenience? It's been over a month, and I'm out $246! Your automated messages keep telling me it's "in transit," but it's clearly lost. I need a concrete answer and my money back, not another bot response. CS Rep: I completely empathize with your situation. It sounds incredibly frustrating. While the system shows a transit delay, given the extended period, we should definitely process a refund for you. I will initiate that immediately. Customer: So, how long until I actually see that refund? Because so far, all I've gotten is excuses. CS Rep: Once initiated, refunds typically take 7 to 10 business days to reflect on your account, depending on your bank. I will personally ensure this request is escalated for immediate processing. You will receive an email confirmation of the refund initiation shortly.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap of non-delivery and nonexistent customer support.
