I’m writing this to warn other potential buyers. My experience as a first-time customer was just horrible. After I made my purchase, I found out 3 days later my item was out of stock. That was frustrating enough, but after I picked a new item, I was told it would ship in 3 to 4 days. It’s been 3 weeks now with no update from customer service and I have yet to receive my product. This complete lack of information forced me to contact them directly to demand some answers.
Customer: I’m trying to find out the status of my order. It’s been three weeks, and I was told my replacement glasses would ship in 3-4 days. I’ve heard nothing.
CS Rep: I’m very sorry to hear about the delay and the lack of communication. Can you please provide me with your order number?
Customer: It’s GUSA98765. This is unacceptable. First my item was out of stock, and now it feels like my order has just been forgotten.
