I'm here to share my terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a cautionary tale for anyone considering a purchase from this website. My recent attempt to buy glasses turned into a nightmare of frustration and dishonesty. They were dishonest, didn't honor promos, and made it impossible to collect the offer because the site was full of glitches. There's no customer service 24 hours, no agent. The whole experience felt unprofessional. I felt compelled to leave this review and try to engage with customer service because their proposed solution was ridiculous: return my perfectly fine glasses just to reorder them to get the BOGO deal they messed up and admitted to. A simple credit back to my card would have been too easy for them, apparently.

CS Rep: I apologize for the trouble you experienced with your order and our website. I understand the promotion didn't apply. Can I get your order number? Customer: Yes, it's [Order Number]. The glasses I received are correct, but the promo wasn't honored, and your site made it impossible to apply it. You even admitted it was messed up. CS Rep: Thank you. I see the issue. Our policy for correcting promotional errors, especially for BOGO deals, requires a return and reorder to ensure the correct promotion is applied to the new transaction. Customer: But that's ridiculous! The glasses are fine. Why can't you just credit the difference back to my card? Returning perfectly good glasses just to reorder them seems like an unnecessary hassle, especially when you admitted the mistake was on your end. CS Rep: I understand your frustration.
