A 2.5-Hour Nightmare Ordering Glasses 😫: A Warning About Their Broken Site.
I'm writing this as a warning about my truly awful experience trying to buy glasses online. I felt compelled to contact customer service and leave this review because the whole ordeal was a complete nightmare. My simple attempt to buy glasses turned into a marathon of frustration. As I told them, the Web site was so messed up it took me 2-1/2 hours to purchase two pairs of glasses. Iwas not able to type in my prescription and save it to continue my purchase. so I will have to be sent an email so i can type in the information that i already typed in on your silly web site. I am not sure I will ever attempt to order glasses from glasses USA ever again. The entire process was so very frustrating and certainly a waste of my time.
Customer: I just spent over two hours trying to place an order. Your website is a disaster. It wouldn't let me save my prescription, and now I have to re-enter everything in an email? What a colossal waste of my time.
CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about the trouble you've had with our website. I can absolutely understand your frustration. That is not the experience we want for our customers. Could you please provide me with your email address so I can locate your pending order?
