🚫 Express Shipping Nightmare: 19 Days & Still No Glasses!
I'm here to share my absolutely terrible online shopping experience, hoping to prevent others from making the same mistake. My old glasses broke, so on March 30th, I ordered a new pair and paid for express shipping, expecting them in 3-5 days. Days turned into weeks, and my order was stuck 'in production.' By day 11, I had to call customer service because my express shipping was clearly a joke. I just couldn't believe it – Day 19 or whatever, and still no glasses! It felt like this company doesn't give a crap about its customers, and I was beyond frustrated by the whole process.
Customer: Hello, I'm calling about my order, placed on March 30th. I paid for express shipping, 3-5 days, but it's now day 11, and my glasses are still in production. My old glasses broke, and I desperately need these. CS Rep: I understand your frustration. Let me pull up your order. I see it's taking longer than expected. We can certainly process a refund for the express shipping fee. Customer: A shipping refund is fine, I guess, but it doesn't solve the fact that I don't have my glasses! You took my money for fast shipping, and I'm still waiting almost two weeks later. When will I actually get them? CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the delay. Our production team is working as quickly as possible. It looks like they are now estimated to ship out in the next 2-3 business days, which would mean delivery within another 3-4 days after that. Customer: So you're telling me it's going to be nearly day 19, or even more, and I still won't have my glasses, even after paying for express shipping? This is unacceptable.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap of false promises and terrible customer service.
