I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering buying glasses online. My experience was an absolute nightmare, and I feel compelled to share it so others can be cautious. Their "Web site was so messed up it took me 2-1/2 hours to purchase two pairs of glasses. I was not able to type in my prescription and save it to continue my purchase. so I will have to be sent an email so i can type in the information that i already typed in on your silly web site." After this infuriating process, I felt I had no choice but to contact customer service to see if they could even comprehend how broken their system is.
Customer: I just spent two and a half hours fighting your website to place an order. It wouldn't save my prescription, and now I have to enter it again via email? This is the most frustrating process I've ever encountered.
