My 3-5 Day Express Shipping Became a 3-Week Nightmare ðŸ˜
I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering buying glasses online. My experience was an absolute nightmare, and I feel like people should know what they might be getting into. I needed new glasses urgently because my old ones broke, so I paid extra for 3-5 day express shipping. That was a joke. It turned into a nearly three-week ordeal with no end in sight. My conclusion? This is a terrible company. Ordered glasses March 30th, paid for express shipping 3-5 because my old glasses broke. Day 5 roles around still in production, day 10 still in production. Day 11 I call to ask for a shipping refund, they seemed like they do it all the time by the way she responded. So i got the 10$ in shipping but these glasses are STILL 6 days out on delivery. Stop giving terrible companies your money let them die out because someone doesnt give a crap about their customers and I will telling all my four eyed friends to never shop here. Terrible terrible terrible. Day 19 or whatever still no glasses!!! This frustration is what forced me to call them and try to get some answers.

CS Rep: I'm very sorry to hear about the delay. I can definitely understand your frustration. Could you please provide me with your order number so I can look into this for you?
Customer: It's [Order Number]. I needed these glasses urgently, which is why I paid the extra $10. This is completely unacceptable. I want a refund for the shipping fee.
CS Rep: I see your order now, and I sincerely apologize for this unexpected production delay. This is not our usual standard. I have gone ahead and processed a full refund for the $10 shipping charge.
Customer: Thank you, but that doesn't change the fact that it's been 11 days and I still have no idea when I'm getting my glasses. When will they actually ship?
CS Rep: I've escalated this with our lab. According to their update, it should be shipping within the next 48 hours. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as it leaves. Again, I am truly sorry for the wait.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
