I'm writing this as a warning. My online shopping experience was awful, and I want to save others the trouble. We ordered glasses for my 12-year-old, but he couldn't see with them because the website used a default pupil distance (PD) without ever asking for his specific measurement. The entire process was a nightmare of automation and slow responses. My direct feeling and conclusion about this experience is simple: Please know you will never be able to reach a human at glassesusa and have a real phone conversation if you call them, so plan on frustration if your glasses are not correct. Email interactions are too slow, causing the process to drag on. I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with them because my child's vision was at stake, and fixing their mistake was infuriatingly difficult.
Customer: The glasses we received for our son are wrong. We took him to the doctor, who confirmed the pupil distance is incorrect. Your site never prompted me to enter a PD value. He can't see with them!
