GlassesUSA Nightmare: My $246 Vanished and All I Got Was a Bot! 😡💸


My online shopping experience with GlassesUSA has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I'm sharing it as a cautionary tale. They still haven't sent my refund for an order I never received. They have $246.00 of my hard-earned money from a glasses order placed on February 24th, and the tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. All I get from their "customer service" is a bot telling me it's "in transit." I just want my money back! I felt compelled to leave this review and finally reach out to a human, if that’s even possible, because the frustration of not getting my order or my money back is unbearable.

Customer: I am absolutely furious. I placed an order on February 24th for glasses I never received, and you still have my $246! The tracking has been stuck for weeks, and your automated system just keeps repeating it's "in transit." I need my refund now. My order number is #105081183. CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the frustrating experience you've had with your order and the delay in receiving your refund. I understand how upsetting this must be. Let me pull up your order details for #105081183 immediately. Customer: This has been going on for too long. I've tried everything. I just want my money back; it's unacceptable to take this long for an order that never even arrived. What are you going to do about it? CS Rep: I see here that the order did indeed get lost in transit. We have processed a refund for you, which was initiated on April 1st. Please allow 7-10 business days for it to reflect in your account. I truly apologize for the lack of clear communication and the frustration caused by our automated responses. Customer: Seven to ten business days? After all this? I had to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's office just to get this far! Why is this process so difficult? CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration with the timeline and the need for escalation. We are continuously working to improve our systems and customer support. I will personally ensure this refund is monitored closely to prevent any further delays.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap and experiencing this level of frustration.
